Registration – Accommodation

The registration fee encompasses attendance, a name badge, a congress book, and a certificate of attendance. D Event Tourism reserves the right to adjust the prices should there be a significant change in national economic conditions.
Taxes; Value Added Tax (VAT) is not included in the registration fees. D Event Tourism retains the authority to amend prices in accordance with any tax changes.
Payments; should be directed to the agency's account, and an invoice will be provided following the completion of the event, as per the payment.

The Accommodation Package Price encompasses a four-night stay with check-in scheduled for Wednesday, November 5, 2025, and check-out on Sunday, November 9, 2025.
Taxes; The accommodation fee is exempt from Value Added Tax (VAT), while accommodation tax is included in the price. D Event Tourism reserves the right to adjust prices in accordance with any changes in tax regulations.
Payments; The accommodation fee shall be remitted to the agency's designated account. An invoice reflecting the payment will be issued following the conclusion of the event.

Kongre Otellerinde konaklamayan ve D Event Turizm aracılığı ile konaklama hizmeti almayan tüm misafirler için tesis kullanım bedeli olarak günlük 180 Euro dış katılımcı ücreti ayıca alınacaktır.

Registration and accommodation fees will be incorporated into your budget based on the applicable rates during the payment period.

The stated price pertains to the collective transportation fee for each individual traveling from Ercan Airport to the Congress Hotel on November 5 and November 9, 2025. Any transportation requests made outside of these specified dates will be assessed based on EUR 160 for a one-way transfer.

Important Information Regarding Registration, Accommodation, and Transfer Services:

• The deadline for notifying the attendees: September 19, 2025
• Early reservation and accommodation pricing will be valid only if payment is made by the specified date. Inquiries that are not accompanied by payment by this date will be subject to pricing that will be effective after May 23.
• The deadline for the cancellation of registration and accommodation inquiries is July 25, 2025. Cancellations received after this date will not be eligible for a refund.
• Refunds for cancelled registration and accommodation will be processed through bank transfer within 20 business days following the conclusion of the meeting/symposium/congress.

• The cancellation deadline for all sponsorships: July 25, 2025
• The deadline for notifying attendees of registration and accommodation: September 19, 2025
• The deadline for providing transfer details: October 10, 2025 : 10 Ekim 2025
• Budgets will be established based on the payment dates specified above.
• Taxes are not included in the fees outlined in the sponsorship file.
• D Event Tourism reserves the right to adjust pricing in the event of significant changes in the national economic conditions.
