Invitation

To the Honorable Heads of the Department of ENT /Clinic Chiefs / Training Officers / Specialist Colleagues,

We are pleased to announce the forthcoming 46th Turkish National Congress of Otorhinolaryngology and Head & Neck Surgery, scheduled to take place from November 5 to 9, 2025. This event will not only serve as a scientific celebration but also as a valuable opportunity for professional networking.

The 46th Turkish National Congress will be held from November 5 to 9, 2025, in the picturesque Bafra region of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus, renowned for its stunning beaches. Building upon the organizational experience gained from previous congresses, we are committed to introducing additional programs to enhance the event. Our designated congress hotel is the Limak Hotel, complemented by the nearby Kaya Artemis Hotel, which is conveniently connected by a shared access point. Both hotels represent the finest accommodations available in the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus.

We are in the process of developing a comprehensive program designed to present the latest information, studies, and innovative ideas to our audience. In an era where information is readily accessible, it is vital to discern which, how, and when applications should be implemented, and this can be achieved by engaging with highly experienced experts in the respective fields. Participants will have the opportunity to acquire current information and methodologies through video presentations, oral presentations, e-poster sessions, as well as through conferences, panels, and instructional courses conducted by distinguished colleagues and esteemed leaders, as well as emerging talents in our discipline. Ample time will be allocated for contributions and inquiries to enhance comprehension of the topics discussed at the conclusion of each presentation. Our congress will be further enriched by the participation of distinguished guest speakers from both local and international locations.

We intend to conduct live surgical broadcast sessions, contingent upon the absence of technical incompatibilities and obstacles. We invite our colleagues, who possess methodologies that enhance diagnosis and/or treatment, to deliver presentations of five minutes each under the overarching theme of “Diagnostic and Surgical Innovative Techniques” relevant to each of our sub-disciplines. Additionally, we will request six-minute presentations from colleagues who are either assistants or associates and have participated in clinical experiences at a reputable ENT center abroad for a minimum duration of three weeks within the last three years. These presentations are designed to provide invaluable insights for our colleagues who aspire to undertake similar visits in the upcoming years.

In addition to the topics of law, malpractice, and ENT training, which garnered significant interest during our recent congress, we are planning to include a panel addressing the various challenges faced by resident physicians.

We emphasize the importance of having at least one of the assistant professors, who contributed to the presentations, available to facilitate academic discussions surrounding the original works that were developed with considerable effort during the verbal presentations. To ensure that the works deemed eligible by the notification committee are presented at a more appropriate time, we will make arrangements that allow for greater attendance by colleagues. As in our previous congress, success awards will be conferred upon studies spanning various topics.

It is of utmost importance that a form is completed and submitted to enable us to accurately identify the congress speakers and propose potential candidates for the program. A comprehensive congress agenda will be developed by identifying speakers and topics at the earliest opportunity while taking into account various factors such as departments, educational clinics, sub-branch societies, regional societies, ENT schools, and individual speaker nomination forms.

We kindly request that you share your thoughts and suggestions to enhance the efficiency and overall experience of the congress. We look forward to convening at our national congress during the most picturesque season in Cyprus, set against a captivating backdrop, with the theme "Sharing is Beautiful, Together."
